Ciao, I’m Gianni. I offer Dolomites private tours from Bolzano for groups of 1–8 travellers. I’ll take care of the mountain roads while you enjoy UNESCO World Heritage scenery from a private luxury van reserved entirely for your group.
The Dolomites are crossed by winding roads, high passes and deep valleys. When you travel with me, you can concentrate on the scenery instead of directions, traffic and parking.
I offer four established routes, each with its own character. Whether you want to see the historic western passes, the famous lakes of the eastern mountains or the views from Seceda, I’ll help you choose the right experience for your visit.
Your tour will be private and can be tailored to the pace of your group. I conduct my tours in English and Italian.
Each tour is built around a clear itinerary, scenic stops and comfortable private transport from Bolzano.
Western Dolomites
Travel from Bolzano through the Ega Valley, stop at Lake Carezza, cross the Costalunga Pass and continue through the Fassa Valley. The route climbs 27 hairpin bends to Pordoi Pass before crossing Sella Pass and entering Gardena Valley.
We’ll stop for lunch in Ortisei before returning to Bolzano. When the lift is operating, you can also take an optional cable-car ride to Sass Pordoi.

Eastern Mountains
This full-day route crosses the eastern mountains and covers approximately 280 kilometres. We’ll drive through Gardena Valley and across the Gardena, Valparola and Falzarego passes before reaching Cortina d’Ampezzo.
From Cortina, we’ll continue to the alpine lakes of Misurina, Dobbiaco and Braies, with views towards the Tre Cime di Lavaredo from Lake Misurina.

Most Complete
If you only have one day, this is my longest and most complete route. We’ll cover approximately 300 kilometres, combining the western and eastern mountains in a single journey.
Starting in Bolzano, we’ll travel to Lake Carezza and the Pordoi Pass before continuing to Cortina and the lakes of Misurina, Dobbiaco and Braies. Sass Pordoi can be added when the lift is operating.

Seceda and Funes
This route shows you the Odle mountain group from two of its most photographed locations. From Bolzano we’ll drive to Ortisei, where you’ll take the cable car to Mount Seceda.
From the upper station, a walk of approximately 30 minutes leads along the ridge to the panoramic terrace.
After returning to Ortisei, we’ll continue to Funes Valley to see San Giovanni in Ranui and walk to the celebrated Santa Maddalena viewpoint.

The Seceda and Funes Valley route includes two walks of approximately 25–30 minutes, which families should consider when choosing their experience.
My tours depart at 8:00 AM from ParkHotel Laurin in Bolzano. Hotel pickup is available within 20 kilometres of Bolzano and should be confirmed when you book.

The Great Dolomites Road is available every day. The Eastern and Best in One Day routes operate all year. Seceda and the Funes Valley operates daily from June 1 to October 31 and on request from November to May.
